The Bylaws of Genoma España

The bylaws of Genoma España (the foundation for the development of genomics and proteomics research), as adopted by the board of trustees on 17 June 2009, are the way in which Genoma España is organized and structured; they also determine how it is internally governed, administered, managed, etc.

Our bylaws, for example, establish the required number of board members, chairperson(s), voting procedure, the way matters are run and discussed at meetings, how general and managing directors are appointed, personnel hiring, and much more.

These "laws" conform legally with the national government of Spain; anyone applying for incorporation status must submit to its charters.
