Results of the 2009 Client Satisfaction Survey
For the third consecutive year, Genoma España has carried out a client satisfaction survey to provide better future support to and services for all our "clients" who received these during 2009. The 2009 satisfaction questionnaire was used to collect responses from them.
The following summarizes the results from the responses collected:
- The population covered by the survey was 802 subjects; there were 208 email hits, which actually represents 25.3% participation. Two-hundred and sixty-six (266) questionnaires were collected from 186 subjets.
- It is reasonable to suppose that most respondents are researchers (108) but also public and private management staff (50). Among the remaining buisness personnel (19) and liaison office staff (9) are found.
- Generally speaking, 93% of the subjects rated good or very good the services and/or support requested; 7% considered these unsatisfactory.
- All services and/or support made available by Genoma España are individually indicated below in terms of number of questionnaires sent and received, its percentage, and the mean satisfaction (scale of 1 to 5; 1=unsatisfactory, 5=very satisfactory).
