Introduction
Genoma España is a public foundation devoted to promoting technology development, knowledge transfer and innovative practices, chiefly in the biotechnology sector. Its main objectives are to develop technology & innovation programs, improve the process of technology as well as knowledge transfer from universities or public-sector research institutions to companies, foster the creation and consolidation of technology-based companies, contribute to carry out international promotion actions and encourage public-private partnership.
The Board of Trustees consists of the following members: the Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness, the Ministry of Health, Social Policy and Equality, the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Tourism, the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Environment and the Andalusian Regional Government.
